SEEF Residences by Alef is a pre-launch beachfront residential destination on a three-hectare Al Khan / Maryam Island site in Sharjah, with panoramic sea views on three sides.

The development is planned as five contemporary residential buildings with 862 residences arranged around landscaped gardens and an elevated podium, with direct links to the beachfront and public promenade. SEEF 3 unit plans include 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, 3 and 4-bedroom duplexes and 3 and 4-bedroom penthouses, with published net areas from about 689 to 5,137 sqft. Current launch guidance lists starting prices from AED 895,000 for 1-bedroom apartments, AED 1.295M for 2-bedroom apartments and AED 2.195M for 3-bedroom apartments, with a 30/70 payment plan and expected completion in September 2030. Planned lifestyle features include resort-style pools and aquatic areas, waterfront dining and retail, children's activities, water activities, smart and sustainable living features and strong connectivity to Dubai and key Sharjah destinations.
